Offered is a vintage 1918 Souvenir Postcard commemorating the November 11, 1918 Armistice which began the process of bringing World War I to a close …. pictured is the Interior of the Railway Car of French General Marechal Foch situated in the Foret de Compiegne where the Armistice between Germany and the Allies was signed. Pictured as part of the vignette: Copies of Newspapers announcing The Signing of the Armistice and The Abdication of the Kaiser.
