With many vintage toys the majority of the market value and purchase price is derived from the box and packaging and the fact that they are unopened.

If you choose to open a sealed/unopened vintage item that we send you, this is solely your decision and by doing so accept full liability for lowering the market value of the item. In doing so you waive your rights to a full refund of the purchase price if returning the item. Furthermore, as a result, if a buyer chooses to open a vintage unopened toy and then wishes to return it. The buyer fully accepts that returns accepted by us the seller in these circumstances, refunds granted will be of only 10% of the purchase price.

If you receive a vintage sealed item from us and don’t open it, you can of course return it in the condition in which it arrived. In these cases you can return it to us for a full 100% refund.
