Our vintage 1978 Action Man eagle eye figure with blond flocked hair and gripping hands is attired in the 1980 Action Man window box version (box not included here) of the Afrika Korps Lance Corporal. This lightweight uniform is well suited for the brutally hot desert climate, and includes the oftentimes missing corporal stripes on the sleeve. Included with this lad are the fully kitted webbing, Afrika Korps DAK helmet and a Mauser KAR98, which are hard to find in intact. This ‘top shelf’ lad and his Afrika Korps accessories are in superb condition. A full description is available below. Vintage 1980 Action Man Eagle Eye in Afrika Korps Lance Corporal uniform ~GI Joe Vintage 1980 Action Man Eagle Eye Afrika Korps Lance Corporal Click image to enlarge Description Our vintage 1978 Action Man eagle eye figure with blond flocked hair and gripping hands is attired in the 1980 Action Man window box version (box not included here) of the Afrika Korps Lance Corporal, a lightweight uniform well suited for the brutally hot desert climate. Included with this lad are the Afrika Korps DAK helmet and a Mauser KAR98, which are hard to find in good condition. This ‘top shelf’ lad and his accessories are in superb condition, however, for those with time to read the full description: Vintage blond 1978 Action Man ‘Dynamique Physique’ muscle body (nicknamed ‘blue pants’ in the UK) has a full head of original flocked hair and eagle eyes that track from side to side with a smooth sliding action. Face paint is brightly colored. His original vintage gripping hands are super clean with minimal, if any, play wear. All fingers are present and intact. His head was reattached with elastic strap, replacing the disintegrated original rubber fastening strap (this is not unusual with these 40+ year old figures). His joints are comfortably tight with no signs of ball joint wear. He holds every pose exceptionally well.. Tan Fieldbluse (tropical jacket) in light weave fabric is tagged Palitoy Action Man Made in Hong Kong. The jacket features rare Corporal stripes, collar tabs, shoulder epaulettes, Heer breast eagle and Afrika Korp trim on sleeve cuff. This little treasure is in exceptionally clean condition with minimal shelf/play wear. Snaps and buttons are all present and in perfect working order. Matching Tan Fabric Trousers in light weave are clean and intact with minimal play wear. No rips, holes or fading issues noted. Snaps present and in good working order. German Afrika Korp Tan DAK Helmet is stamped Hasbro ® Hong Kong. It is clean and intact with minimal surface wear. Typical light marks from the chemical reaction where the goggle’s rubber strap came in contact with the plastic helmet is the only note. Both lugs and original elastic strap are present. Brown Boots, late issue, low detailed, are clean and intact with minimal play wear. No splits or holes noted. Brown Webbing Harness features a chrome buckle, brown ammo pouches, water bottle, bayonet and sheath. It is super clean and intact with no issues noted. Late issue, Teal Colored Goggles with rubber strap are clean and intact with minimal play wear. ​Late issue Black Binoculars with rubber strap are clean and intact with no issues noted. KAR98 Rifle, late issue with rubber strap is clean and intact with minimal play wear. Late issue stick grenades are clean and intact with bright paint and minimal play wear.
