The boy is depicted to be whistling. It reads “Everyone Needs A Friend”. Very well done. The frame is made of some kind of wood with gold metal trim around it. It is in good shape. The back is covered in paper secured by masking tape and has a string tacked to each side for hanging. The string and tacks can be removed and replaced with another type of hanger if desired. No significant issues on the back. MEASUREMENTS: about 11”x9” ** Measurements are approximate and described as closely as possible.
