IT IS A CARDSTOCK PAPER MODEL. No cutting is required! Easy easy easy!! All pieces come pre-cut This listing is for ONE (1) N scale 1:160 OR Z Scale 1:220 Downtown Movie Theater kit. Pre Cut and Pre Scored Cardstock kit. Please see photos for dimensions. This is a cardstock kit. Very detailed and low cost alternative to populating your layout with structures. No cutting is required! Easy easy easy!! All pieces come pre-cut with perforated folding areas. You do not need a ruler or scoring tool to make fold like most other kits (but a ruler will make it easier). Our production process takes all the guesswork out for you! Only a narrow pair of tweezers (not included) to help with placement of some parts. Cardstock is a form of thick PAPER. This is NOT a wooden or plastic kit. I design all of my kits with simplicity in mind when it comes to assembly. They are not intended to complete with laser cut wood/card , brass or injection molded kits with many parts. The majority of my kits can be assembled in less than 1 hour. Unsure about card stock models? No problem. If you are buying from us for the first time, you can return your first purchase no questions asked if not satisfied, even if you have already assembled parts. And we pay postage.
